Room 4 is the largest bedroom in the house, 12’ x 19’, plus a walk-in closet, a full private bathroom with two sinks and another closet. It is light-filled with windows on E, S, W walls. The room is furnished with a Queen size bed, desk, chair, small couch, and IKEA cubicle shelving units.

$900/month includes rent, all utilities, snow plowing. A small fridge/freezer and microwave make Room 4 into its own private apartment.

Three other tenants share the open kitchen/dining/living room, a full bathroom, and a half bath with washer and dryer. Tenants have off-street parking near the house, and a mail box for rural mail delivery.
